These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Kyra—an AI-enabled personal assistant platform—and all software, content, and services (collectively, the "Services") delivered via our website (https://heykyra.ai), mobile applications (iOS and Android), or other platforms.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use Kyra.
References to "Kyra," "Kyra AI," "we," or "us" refer to Kyra AI, the operator of the Services.

Kyra is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to support task automation, conversational interaction, scheduling, organization, and related features.
Kyra is not a medical or mental health provider. The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Always seek professional medical advice for health-related concerns.
Kyra should not be used for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. Kyra is not liable for such changes.
You must create an account to access certain features of Kyra. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Registered users may access additional features. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
Kyra may offer multiple subscription plans (e.g., Free, Pro, Premium). Pricing, features, and terms are disclosed at signup. Payments may be processed through app stores or authorized payment processors.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Failed payments may result in account downgrade or suspension. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable platform's policies and law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Paid subscriptions remain active through the current billing period. If purchased through an app store, cancellation must be completed through that store.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may enforce reasonable usage limits, including data retention, storage, and inactivity policies. We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
Mobile access to Kyra may require carrier data usage. You are responsible for any carrier charges. If your phone number changes, you must update your account information promptly.
You are responsible for content you submit ("Your Content"). You agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Kyra may integrate with third-party services (e.g., calendars, payment providers). Use of such services is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies.
All software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Kyra are owned by or licensed to Kyra AI. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Kyra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content solely to operate and improve the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyra disclaims all warranties.
Kyra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability shall be limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyra AI from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Except for small-claims matters, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Before initiating arbitration, you must provide written notice of a dispute to support@heykyra.ai. If unresolved within 60 days, arbitration may proceed.
